Why we built this

Finding genuine IGNOU study material online usually means wading through broken links, paywalled "solved assignment" sites, and forums where half the replies are spam. We built IGNOUStudy to fix that — a straightforward, free, ad-supported portal where the focus is finding what you need quickly: notes, PYQs, admit card and result links, all organised by programme and subject.

What we are — and what we're not

• We are not officially affiliated with IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). For official matters — admissions, exam forms, grievances — always use ignou.ac.in.
• We link directly to official sources (IGNOU's own portal, eGyanKosh) wherever we don't host material ourselves, so you always land on a legitimate source.
• The site is free to use. It's supported by display ads, and a small optional premium section (ExamEdge) is in development for fast exam revision notes.

Work in progress, transparently

We cover 110+ IGNOU programmes, but not every subject has uploaded PDFs yet — some are still being added. Where a subject doesn't have a file uploaded, we link you straight to IGNOU's eGyanKosh repository so you're never stuck with a dead end. We're actively filling these gaps, prioritising the most-searched programmes first.
